I was hoping to get the PicoGUS and have it replace my awe 64 but it doesn't look like it has any place for the cd audio. I guess Ill just have to run both cards after all or am I missing something?

If you have the space I’d run them side by side. For me this works fine, I can have SB16 and AWE support, hook up a PC speaker, and at the same time have support for almost every other sound card ever made. You’ll have to figure out the resources (IRQ and DMA) but it is doable with 2 cards.

the picogus doesnt have any traditional audio inputs. This is just speculating and i wouldnt try it myself but one might use the wavetable header to input sound.
Ive been running my picogus in parallel with another sound card, usually routing the picogus out into the input jack on the second card using a small stereo cable.
This can you give you neat combos like sound blaster on second card and gus/midi music on the picogus.
