I haven't tried UW1 with the MT32 version of Dosbox yet, have to try that tomorrow! You're right about the SFX Robertmo 🤣

Click on Start, Control Panel, double click on Display, and your card type should be displayed near the bottom of the window.

I'm just going on experience having supplied 100 odd copies with DOS 6.22 on customer's machines. I stand corrected if there was a non workgroup 3.11, I just never saw it in the pricelists! [edit] I definitely stand corrected! 😊 http://www.toastytech.com/guis/win311.html

3.11 IS Windows for Workgroups. There was a Windows 3.10 for workgroups which was available as well as 3.1.

Is ACMSETUP.EXE the only setup program? There should be a SETUP.EXE as well. I've noticed that with all Microsoft programs there are both of these files, I've never run the ACMSETUP.

OT I know the feeling Dean, myself having a 5 month old baby leaves me with little time for anything! I've got a wife with post natal depression and a son who's teething and I feel quite insane sometimes! Luckily I've got good friends to listen and plenty of king size rizla 😁

Sounds as though the refresh rate for the monitor is changing if the screen is wrapping round. Do other games appear correctly? As Mirek says, which games, and what resolution are they running in?

Not that this'll be much help, but I've never had any problems using an Audigy 1 and an Audigy 2ZS with Dosbox (0.58,0.60 & 0.61) The only thing that did cause issues was a CPU cooling program for Athlon's, I just had to disable the Coolbit option when using Dosbox.
