didn't figure it out.. but will continue to tinker.. i used img2dsk utility to convert both files to a disk, it worked! and i am now able to use these disks to play the game.. how to format 2 disks as 720k use the img2dsk utility to convert each file (wizmast and wizscen) onto a floppy done!
