it uses the NV1 nvidia 3d accelerator, that uses the same tech as the SEGA SATURN console, in fact with the extra bracket you connect saturn pads to the pc... it is also a soundcard. Some SEGA games have native nv1 support. It is more of a collector's item IMHO

ah, thanks for the eBay link... I will upgrade my SB1 with them.... (I also have a boxed-complete Gameblaster, costed me ~30eur some 1.5 years ago 😁 )

exactly sliderider , you cannot draw conclusions that it runs fine on X800 because all you can see is just a blurry mess

really? I guess they somehow need to promote i7 cpu's too 😁 but at least the eye-candy you get is very nice 😀 You got a 480 amigo? must be awesome.... personally I stopped at 260GTX and now I am a 99% x360/ps3 gamer for current-gen titles...

DX11 is way better in many aspects than 9 , that "comparison review" just sucks , find a true DX11 game and compare it, then draw conclusions 🤣

the dotemu version already has this patch, and 99% if I install it on top it will just break the game... on my win7/32bit + 8800GTX the game runs OK, the menus are OK too btw..

yeah I do have it installed on my p3/v5500 setup :) but the whole point getting it again from dotemu was to have it running on my modern pc's.... I guess them made a crap-patch for the game, the 8800GTX that runs it OK has 768MB of vram ... also yesterday I migrated to X64 win7pro and guess what: it …

hack the driver's ini file and only leave the 60hz references... then install driver and you should be fine
