Re: DOSBox Game Launcher (DOSBox Frontend)

I think you're onto something there BitWrangler - with more testing I found I was only seeing the error for games with "#" in the name while lookups for other games still worked fine. I ran a few lookups for punctuation and special characters. Seems that "&" should also be avoided, and Unicode as …

Re: DOSBox Game Launcher (DOSBox Frontend)

More on the above - I generated my own API key and updated it in DBGL settings, but still getting the 401 error with the new key. The MobyGames API page says error 401 is "Unauthorized - Sent if you attempt to access an endpoint without providing a valid API key". Could be server-side I guess...

Re: DOSBox Game Launcher (DOSBox Frontend)

Thanks Ted. In fact DOSBox can handle the .img files just fine as they are, but the file-open browser provided by DBGL doesn't include them in the default "Floppy Disk Images" filter. If it did, I could save myself the extra clicks switching over to the "All Files" filter before they will show up in …

Re: DOSBox Game Launcher (DOSBox Frontend)

Otherwise I'm faced with manually editing Left and Right Master Volume values for 1600+ profiles :( …

Re: D-Fend Reloaded (DOSBox frontend)

Hi, long-time D-Fend Reloaded user and fan here, many thanks Alexander for a great front end! I think I've found a sorting problem with the screenshots pane in D-Fend Reloaded 1.1. Please see attached screenshots for more info. Screenshots appear to be placed from bottom-left to top-right when …

Re: Resizing DOSBox windowed in Windows 7

I'm having the same problem with ddraw output in DosBox 0.74, and my specs and config are almost identical to Solymr's, right down to the GTX 295, Intel i7 (975) and Windows 7 x64. While the opengl outputs do stretch to fill the window, ddraw does not. Also worth noting that switching to a 1920x1200 …
