Cool find. Not too long ago I acquired myself a boxed version as well, still sealed. It turned out to be a CT-1320C (without the creative sticker on the DSP chip). I also have a CT-1320B but not an A (yet?) 😀

I had an MT-100 for a while, boxed with everything, even a few disks. Unfortunately the diskdrive itself was broken (the belt) but fixable though. The sound engine is basically the same as an MT-32 second generation. The thing is VERY heavy though, one would think the power supply is built-in but it …

Finally, after a MONTH, the CMS chipset arrived. The chips themselves were (and are) still sealed even, and everything is complete. 😀 Here are some pics.

ST is just a semiconductor manufacturer. There ar as many Texas Instrument chips on the card as there are ST chips so I doubt its from ST itself. I really wonder what the large blank chip is. Must be some kind of DSP or something. I also wonder what the OPL FM chip is. Either the one above the large …
