I don't think it's corrupted save file, because i can use the same save (without that error) when i'm playing l.o.l.2 in winxp (but i dont want to play in windows - because i have problems with skipping cuscenes/movies).

Are you sure, that you've installed game properly? Thunder directory should be around 72 mb size.

i get it now and i'm getting same error as you do (the one with the key). It's strange because i've completed SK under Dosbox, although older version and didn't have any problems with items in Faerie Realm. ps. in order to get feather from shaman - i believe you have to kill him at his "home"

I made a couple of saves/loads myself and it didn't crash. Maybe it's a problem with your cd image. I made mine using alcohol 120% (clonecd format) and i've transformed it to cue/bin using UltraIso.
