GTA on DOSBox error

When I try to run Grand Theft Auto on DOSBox (gta24.exe), it gives me this error: "DOS/4GW Professional error (2001): exception OEh (page fault) at 2E0:1018ABF6" ...and then at the bottom: "DOS/4GW Professional error (2000): deinitializing twice" Any Suggestions?
