I have a Slot A machine with a 800 MHz Pentium 3 + GeForce 4 Ti 4800 SE, a nice CRT Screen, a voodoo 2, and an ISA SB16 with a real OPL3, and 512 MB of RAM. I'll never part with it. It took me years to build the damn thing. 😜

Some 1991/92 games were still far better on the Amiga. Lotus III on PC or Speedball II on PC are botched ports, for example. But yeah, I was talking about the OS.

I went from an Amiga 600 to a Cyrix 686 with Windows 95. I was so excited, but DOS (because all I wanted were games) felt like a huge step back compared to the Amiga OS.

Did you install the games in different paths ? That's how I install them. I have all three games, for DOS. The music always worked fine, without any particular setup. Both in DOSBox and on regular hardware. This is very strange. GBL should be on one disc.

You don't need -fs iso in this command line. Have you tried to check the in-game volume ? What about a DOS CD music player ?
