Are you playing the DOS version of the Windows version? (The Windows is orion95.exe, the DOS is orion2.exe) For the DOS version, you have to run SETSOUND.EXE before you play, so that your sound card is configured. The Windows version sound should work fine if you get sound in windows. Might also …
