I mean double-clicking it, it causes Windows Explorer to crash immediately. It was a no-go unfortunately. The DOS install program starts for DW2 and no longer gives the SuperVGA error, but now it just kicks back to the desktop for seemingly no reason shortly after. Trying to reuse the shortcut that LaunchPad created just crashes Windows Explorer. Thanks anyway though.
