Why would anyone do this when you can just run DOS games natively under Windows 95? 🤣 What you're doing is basically emulating a very old machine in a slightly less old machine.

The most stable version is the latest 2014 build. All the 2015 builds are crap and have broken scaling.

For instance in Jazz Jackrabbit, when you enter a level and it shows you the "planet" loading screen, then the whole screen is zoomed in and stays that way. Same thing in "Tetris Classic", once you enter the game. …

I did that already for the usual scaling methods (in build 20140127, as scaling in any newer build is broken) replacing every option with a 'forced' one, and works nicely! But there seems to be no way to force a shader, at least I can't find a pixelshader-category there. I don't even know if Dosbox …
