It supports it in Descent II, and in Pył in software mode so i think it does.

Ok, its a bit strange. When i turn the game to software and ran it through Glidos +DosBoX the cursor works, and the game starts. The problem is that it runs slow. My PC is Celeron D 3.2 GHz 1,5 Gb RAM and a GF 7300 Gs so it should work OK on software. So is there a way i can fix any of those …
