Thanks for the info. Strangely it works amazingly well if I use DosBox and DosBoxer front end (Under MAC OSX). I can run it at 24bit full screen video. Sound is not choppy. I will try this patch on my normal dosbox version to see the differences. Thanks, Rob

Looks like the problem is with fullscreen. It only works with 8bits per pixel. Anything else crashes dosbox in full screen. Has anyone managed to get it working with 24bit pixels?

Hi there, Don't go Alone has Adlib support but can't get it working under dosbox. The manual says you nee to load the driver before starting the game. I've set my dosbox.conf to include: oplmode=opl2 oplemu=default oplrate=22050 But no luck. Any ideas? Can you load the adlib TSR driver from MSDOS …

A few new things to report after playing around with the config. If I change the video option in the dosbox.conf it complains about not having VESA VBE. I only have the first disk mounted. Does it need all three mounted to load? Thanks, Rob

Yep, Got disk one mounted like this: mount d /Volumes/11hdisk1 -t cdrom -usecd 0 -ioctl -label 11hdisk1 Could it be a video thing? Im using: machine=svga_s3 #svga_s3 memsize=32

Hello all, Is there any special config needed to get 11th Hour running under dosdox? I've installed it fine and configured my sound and video but when I start go.bat it crashes dosbox. Any help most appreciated. Thanks, Rob

Hiya, Could you give me the values for the cycles and frame rate that work? I have the same problem. Sound effects are played too fast and sound really annoying. The fountains in LB castle sound like cracking vinyls. 🙁 Would be good if someone would do a sound effects pack 😀
