I've tried all of them but nothing has changed

Hi to you all, I've a problem with dosbox 0.74. I'm trying to run it on win7, but I can't see the fullscreen. When I press Alt+Enter all that I can see it's a small window with big black band at its side.. I've tried to change configuration, but nothing changes. What can I do?
