As I mentioned above - I have many newer Windows Only games running on D-Fend, X-Files, Back to the Future episodes, etc - so Titanic should be able to be installed and run via DosBox/D-Fend

Actually managed to get it to load now! I was using auto detect when I should not have - set my own Soundblaster details and the game does load but now it hangs at the starting picture of an old house by the sea! Even closer now!
