Hello, Is there a program that disables vertical mouse sensitivity (through cmd or something) before launching a game in windows? I want something like this to play Windows Wolf3D mods without vertical mouse movement

Well I remapped in windows this time using a program that writes to the registry and it worked, but I needed to restart my computer or log off and on everytime I wanted to switch then revert back, so I'd prefer using ansicon.exe but I don't know, could you tell me the parameters?

I want to remap keys under NTVDM in Windows XP, remapping them in windows doesn't work in the NTVDM level, so can anyone suggest a program or TSR to do this?
