How do I reset the keymapper?

In the console, I get Using joystick SideWinder Force Feedback 2 Joystick with 4 axes, 8 buttons and 1 hat(s).

It doesn't show a console on my Mac. Is there any way to view it? (The Window menu only shows the main DOSBox window, and "Minimize".)
