leileilol, wow. So -userconf I just had to change to be -conf only. Now, to play it, I just have to type d:, push Enter, jazz, push Enter. Anything else I can do to eliminate that ?

The 60 second guide says a DOSBox shortcut such as: "C:\Program Files (x86)\DOSBox-0.74\DOSBox.exe" -userconf "C:\ROMS\DOSBox\jazzj.conf" would benefit. And damn. I think there's one too many quotation marks..perhaps I screwed that shortcut up somewhere
