Be carefull, the 12" cyrix-card is ONLY! funktional in the "PC"-Versions of the Apple PCI-Desktops like 4400 and 7220, If you put it in an 7200/7300/7500/7600 etc. it will damage the machine...afaik something with the voltages/lanes? We are talking about that thing: https://www.flickr.com/photos/ …

The Vibra16s is soldered on the PC-Compatibility Card, the Chip seems to have CT2508B or something. I looked via google and found out, that a ct4100 "could" have the same chip. So we are not talking about putting a CT4100 in a mac. The games mentioned are not the ones desired on that machine, …

Please recommend me a game for testing out, if my PC-Compatibility-Card (166Mhz Apple) has the hanging note bug. The PC-CompatibilityCard has a Vibra16S. Seems to me that it is the same chip as on the ct4100, but I am not sure about that. Thx Doc

You mentioned Motoracer. What about the CD-AudioTracks?, Addon-Racing-Tracks? The Special Edition requires additional tools to play the cd-audio tracks.

That's REALLY an important question for me. I have lot's of originals, but not all that I would like to play, but I use old-machines to do so. BTW: A real Dos-Machine should have a none PNP soundcard, a midi-card or a soundcard with no hanging note bug, a gravis ultrasound and about 486/66 or a pentium not much higher then 133 mhz. btw: star wars dark forces is HIGHRES in MacOS (640x240) widesceen. NICE!
