@SarahWalker Nothing, just the emulated ET4000 which doesn't allow me to use more than 256 colors. Perhaps it doesn't have a 24-bit RAMDAC?

@SarahWalker Another video card chipset with TrueColor drivers for Windows 3.0 is the UM85C408AF, and for me would be good if you add emulation of this GPU.

SarahWalker, I found a memory reporting bug on PCem: for example, when using it with 64 MB of RAM, reports 65152 KB, not 65536. But a good feature for me would be that you add a Diamond SpeedSTAR 24 BIOS image to your site.
