@legluondunet v2.81.3 still works (at least in portproton), but the above versions of dgvoodoo2 (v2.81.3+) no longer work (at least the glide api no longer worked). Thanks, I will make some tests. Another things: It could be interesting to post dosbox-ece code and releases on Github. I found this Github page but it is not updated since july 2022: https://github.com/realnc/dosbox-ece AppImage will be a very interesting package format too for Linux users.

Perhap's it's a dependencies issue because when I compile DOSBox ECE on my Ubuntu 19.10, I can not reproduce this issue. I have this issue only with DOSBox ECE built from official site. Do you know on which distribution they compiled their builds?

I can reproduce this issue on Ubuntu 19.10 (I just updated my signature) and Manjaro XFCE Edition 18.2 freshly installed. I remember where this midi settings came from: GOG Games Dosbox config files.
