Does this PC recognize normal/mechanical 32GB HDDs? I doubt it. The symptom you're having is typical for a HDD larger than what the BIOS can recognize. Are you sure that you cannot see the partition? Could it be that it doesn't have a drive letter assigned since it was created from windows, but is visible if you run fdisk?

...or just use plain old DDO software. Think about it, the disk you are trying to use is of an immense capacity for that era. Like 20-30 times bigger. You got lucky that you could even type in a value >1024 for cylinders.

Bring the timing down as much as possible and try again, you'll be surprised by the difference it makes ;) If your memory can sustain the lowest values with 0 WS you'll see a sysinfo result of at least 41-42. A relative path of what? And what does "/" and "\" have to do with relative paths? Those are 2 different things. Yes, a "mount c c:/" works on a windows system. No, a "mount c ../" doesn't (obviously) work. Do a .. of what? dosbox' executable?

Most probably no, because usually those mice that supported serial had it written on the label. But of course don't count on my answer, it's only a guess.
