I use an M-Audio Delta 410, but the Audiophile 2496 has the same DSP. Either of them are fantastic sounding PCI cards, but driver support just barely, scoots by in Windows 7, which is where I use it. No Windows 10 support.

Quite honestly, if this card hasn't been in current use, in some system, before you acquire it, then you really need to refresh all the electrolytics. Even unused, a capacitor only has a reasonable shelf life of roughly, ten to fifteen years, iirc. Matthew
