Clamps for a heatsink on a 478 MOBO

This kind of bracket\heatsink is kinda new to me, does anyone knows or can redirect me to the right clamp to use? I can also 3d print but i feel like metal would be more adequate for the pressure needed.

Indeed it sounded like a bottleneck coming from the CPU, i couldn't racket my brain over the performance i had with a high end P4 HT and my GPU neither, fact is that P4s start struggling with decently demanding games from 2004 forward already; happy to hear you solved it.

I was able to get this card for a pretty good price, mostly because the card was sold as defective because of the missing caps, from the picture it looks like it's missing 2 of them, if anybody knows the values it would be much appreciated, so i can get the ones i need.

I was curious mostly for the CPU, truth is that my GeForce 3 system has something like 25fps in large areas, i think a voodoo 3 can run the game pretty well with a strong CPU like the best tualatin or a P4/athlon XP.

It's possible that the legs of the main chip are making contact, i can't see anything over the heatsink but i would take it out and check every single leg.
