So I have two SOCKET 7 cpus , off which I would like to build some retro thingy... The point is , As I cant get a decent 486 pci board , to make a pentium build. I have a AMD K6-2 500 MHz (AFX) and a CYRIX MII 266 MHz. Which is cooler ? 😀

this isn`t a diamond card , it is a propriatery dual savage 4 VGA board. I have no idea if the standard S3 savage drivers will work with it...

Only one. But the seller had all kind of interesting things. Matrox mistique with memory upgrade , virge pci with sgram (?) and TV Out , some voodoo cards . I actually though that was the alusive i740 board with 16 mb , but it wasnt.

Intel pci bridge vith two graphic chips (s3 savage 4 gt) with 8 mb sgram each. Dont have any drivers for it , but for a good start , it boots on my 486 pci board.

I played and finished starcraft on am5x86. Will work , just loong load time , and the last mission with kerrigan (humans) will be slooooow because you will have to defend zerg base against constant protoss attack.

So , I got a VLB card with a ET4000AX chip on it. So , the question is , how good is this card in a VLB surround? Also , is there anything stronger for VLB, like VIRGE VLB or 3D RAGE vlb card? Thanks in advance 😀

So , I got a motherboard , it says : TM-486SPS , has a sis 85C496/497 Chipset and a DX4/100 on it. But unfortunatly , it is stripped of jumpers. Does anybody has a manual for it? Thaaanks!!!!

From my personal experiance s3savage 4 on 486 runs UT with 15 fps. The best card in gui , 3d and is vesa 2.0 compatible. Also not that cpu depandable. Also i have 3d trio 2x , awsome card , but slower than savage 3d
