unfortunately all 8 CPU power caps are bad. From what my friend was telling me, the bad psu and bad cpu caps mean that the rest of the caps have most likely been damaged as well. From my experience if you can drill holes that line up, the 7 slot AT boards will work in an ATX case with all the card slots lining up. At least if you have a case with out the raised bumps for standard ATX layout and instead have just holes drilled into the plate that you screw the motherboard …
