A suggestion for if you decide to use a pci 6200, or the like really. Put a small fan on the heatsink and maybe some little raspberry pi heatsinks on the memory. And even if it looks good if you have any weird stability issues recap it.

GeForce 6200 in pci and low profile is pretty common, but going past the FX series makes for sacrifices in compatibility from what people around here have tested and posted. Worth a try, and has fully functioning DX9 unlike the FX 5200.

The MSI one would be my pick, with some solid reviews from back in the day. But the PC-Chips board is actually really interesting. If it works and is stable I'd want to try it out, it's a really late Socket A board with a interesting sis chipset.

As long as the caps and condition look good I'd go for either of the Soyo boards, depending on what goodies and features which board has that you would like to utilize. If you just want simplicity and reliability the Intel board is hard to beat. No bells and whistles just solid.
