Hello, Can anyone please give me some guidance on how to apply a patch (*.cpp) to DosBox ? Any tutorials out there ? I've searched with no real success.

Yes I re-started Windows but still no good. I found a post on SourceForge (http://sourceforge.net/p/dosbox/patches/249/) about a workaround patch. Do you think its worth a try ?
