Per Dominus's suggestion, I finally got around to building the latest SVN and it looks like that's where the speed up in certain tests was coming from. Sorry if I got anyone's hopes up.

@Dominus Thanks, yes the http://source.dosbox.com/dosboxsvn.tgz version works with clang. Still lots of warnings, but at least it compiles and runs.

After building a MS-DOS image, I also ran into the same issue as exofreeze. In the end, I had to go through the whole process again to make a larger image file. Being able to mount and boot at the same time, would be a great feature enhancement to DOSBox.
