Unfortunatelly It's all I can find 🙁 Quite possible that visual aspects were more important to me, than 'how it can be done', so rest of the demos didn't survived even if I downloaded them.

Novel NetWars. Can be switched to wireframe mode for slower computers (i.e. 286). Remember playing it at school on 386SX.

Personally I'm using MiniPRO TL866A (cheaper TL866CS can be used as well, only difference is missing ISP connector). It can program whole bunch of parallel and serial devices (ie. SPI). Source - ebay.

Check if motherboard has the newest BIOS available. Sometimes BIOS just incorrectly displays CPU speed on POST, but if you launch some of system diagnostic programs, everything is like it should.
