OK, so my USB Microsoft Comfort Curve 2000 v1.0 and my Rapoo E2700 (https://www.techspot.com/products/keyboards/r … oo-e2700.90712/) don't work but my ZSA Moonlander (https://www.zsa.io/moonlander) DOES let me input `:` with shift. Man, this really is a product for rich people 😁

I have the weirdest issue with my board - the keyboard's shift key doesn't work? So it's hard to type `c:` because all I get out of it is `c;`. The keyboard (USB) works fine on my PC, and I've tried a second one now too, same issue. I suppose it's an issue with the boot disks in the bios, but you …

Ok, that makes sense. When I think of GPUs for laptop I think of copper heatpipes and vapor chambers. But maybe that's for more recent ones. Also, if drivers are easy to find and not specific Asus or Fujitsu or whatever downloads, then yeah this makes a lot more sense to me. Thanks

The MXM form factor is why I'm more interested in the ITX Llama. MXM makes it harder to buy cards, or for those cards to have say Win98 drivers. Also, a lot of MXM cards need special cooling that makes it non trivial to add to this project. Am I seeing this wrong?

To be clear - if I just upload the fabrication folder on Github as a zip to PCBWay and select their assembly service, all I'll need extra is the 486 from Vortex and I'll have a functional Llama? (also, is there a way to make an I/O shield?) Thanks

Yeah. Many games had their own specific soundfonts for playing MIDI files through the OPL3 chip. Creative's SBMIDI driver also had its own "soundfont" (OPL3 instrument data, mapped to standard MIDI instruments) but I don't know how you would find that. Also, there's this: http://bisqwit.iki.fi/ …

Is there any MIDI player that sounds like a Sound Blaster 16? I got an OPL-3 soundfont, but I must be missing the timidity++ CFG file, because everything sounds like the default Linux soundfont (ie, way too good for my nostalgic ears). I don't remember my games with MT32 sounds, and I have this .MID …
