WIP28 seemed to break Virtua Fighter 2 somehow but it didn't break Codename Outbreak and 007 Nightfire And that VIC-II mode is interesting to say the least. i wouldn't use it for normal play but I can appreciate it VF2 needs 8 or 16 bit dektop compat mode. Doesn't WIP28 run with that as for VF2? …

i think i had to install it through localeEmu launched autorun. i'll see about trying to reinstall it in a VM to confirm though. Edit: windows 7 VM installs and a reinstall of my main Magical Chase install on win10 confirms that it will install fine when you go via localemu launched autorun.
