What may be good to know: Normally I look for texture filtering to make sure OpenGL mode is functional. Though since about a year OpenGL texture filtering is disabled in EDuke32, because it is incompatible with palette cycling or something.

Thanks for the new version! Much appreciated. As for the disk images discussion. I can access them reasonably well, but would have preferred an image format that does not take up physical disk space for unused/empty bytes.
