This board does not have those, but the other one with similar problems does. From what I recall it did not have those options however. The second board /appears/ to be a PCchips 601 but it has a different jumper config. Visually it looks the same but some jumpers are missing and some are moved. …

Another option would be to figure out which pin does what, and then solder the special HP connector to a regular power supply. Of course, there is the possibility you will discover that even the power supply is non-standard in its voltages, but I somehow doubt that a little...

16 bit ISA slots are backwards compatible with 8 bit ISA, since the first "half" of the slot is the same as an 8 bit ISA slot. And yes, I would think you need a driver for the card to work. Windows 3.11 is not plug and play compatible. It could be that the system is too fast for the card, though... …

^ Be sure to use at least the version of Windows 95 with USB support (OSR2.1), as it has a number of bug fixes. Although Windows 98SE would probably be better, more hardware support and better stability, plus all Windows 95 software ought to be able to run on it anyway...

I was about to say...when the AudioPCI came along it was firmly in the Windows 95 era. So it's unlikely an AudioPCI would have been used mostly for DOS games back in the day - besides, the primary use of an AudioPCI for DOS games are its wavetable MIDI abilities.
