ok well it seems to be the Fing GRRRRRRRRR IDE/FDD controller card... i disabled that and now running the ISA expansion card on com 1,2 this stink i was hoping to have at least 3 com ports.. this controller card may be busted..

i am just running on the IDE/FDD com LPT card now still nothing .. just COM 1 working.. i am going to disable the com ports on that card and just try the addon card too

in the pic COM 1 and 3 and 2 and 4 are sharing IRQ's i had them on there own COM1 IRQ4 COM2 IRQ3 Com3 IRQ9 COM4 IRQ5

well this sucks i dont know what to do... only COM 1 is "working" it can see com 1 and 2 if i put my addon card in i can see com 1, 2, 3, and 4 but still only com 1 works.. and i know this card works i had it working on my other Computer

Hmm yes Modem Doctor will check comm ports in DOS if you have a loop-back plug, I used ver 6 for DOS many times. CTmouse should scan COMM1 and COMM2 when trying to load. I have never had any problems with the MS 8.x or 9.x mouse driver is DOS not matter what mouse I used other than IF it was some …
