Okay, I'm not entirely certain that Dr. Watson is functioning correctly, since the files are located in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Dr Watson and I don't get a cancel button that I can use to debug with. Here is what I could get.

Yes, I think the SETUPDS.EXE is necessary, but only to configure or activate the card. I don't think that this is a driver that (more importantly) uses memory needed by games.
