Got a second one of these for my Deskpro EN-SFF which currently had a Radeon 7000 PCI. I should be able to run everything smoothly at 1024x768x32 now. No idea why whomever wrote Wang on the heatsink though..

Interesting that something so simlar turned out here, I got a similar form factor 386SX board with cache not long ago myself. I also had a 486SX board in this minimalist form factor before.. I wonder if these were for use in things like ATMs and casiers etc?

That card has no MIDI wavetable so you should NOT be using MIDI for music or sound effects in those games. Those first two cards look like fine examples of OEM ES1869 cards, they should not be terribly noisy that chipset is fairly integrated and silent. That's strange.
