I tried the drivers from here. Still no dice. I will give the ones from archive.org tomorrow. If that doesn’t work, I think it might be time to try one more re-install of Windows now that I know what I have

So I pulled the card out. The PN is 109-63100-10. According to the Vogons Wiki, it is a Rage Fury Pro. Could this be the problem? I've been looking for Rage 128 Pro drivers the whole time.

Ok so I got the error to go away but now I have no Direct3D acceleration. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times to no avail

Would it be possible to use the Live! with these drivers at the same time as an AWE64? I'd like to use the AWE64 for DOS games, and the Live! for anything needing EAX. I also have an SC-55 that I'd like to use in unison. I know this is a lot of questions, but any info would be greatly appreciated.

Shamino is correct. I'm using an adapter to safely use the ATX power supply with the Dell board.

Not sure about the NEC card, but the Startech one worked without issue. Plugged it in and Windows recognized it. I even was able to plug in the USB 2.0 front header into it so I can use them.

Everything went in easily. Can't really complain about it. Cable management isn't great, but it's an older (and cheap) case so I can't really fault it. I think it's a great fit for an ATX build like this.

Thanks! I might try to find a Voodoo 3 at some point, but other than that, I think it'll stay the way I have it for now.

I just purchased an actual AWE64, but I would like to get this card working in case I ever build something slower and need a spare card. I'll try the firmware flash as well. Thanks aleksej.

I also tried that. Followed the instructions but Windows hangs on the reboot and never comes back. This project has been nothing but a headache 🤣.
