Okay, just wanted to make sure it wouldn't do something silly like auto-mute a tracked named "bongo Drums" or "bass Drums" on channel 16 if there was a track named "xciting Drums" on channel 10. For safety, I'd check that MIDI channels 11 and 12 were unused as well.

Thank you for looking in to that, and whatever heuristic you are using here does work on those ancient MIDI files. Are you just literally looking for "bDrums" (channel 16) and "xDrums" (channel 10), or is it something else?

Hello, here's a minor feature request. Early MIDI devices did not support all 16 channels. You had "Base level" MIDI that only supported channels 13-16 (percussion on 16), and "Extended level" MIDI devices that only supported channels 1-10 (percussion on 10). One of the things Stretcher supports is small update regions, used for games that support Dirty Rectangles. A game can redraw a tiny part of the window → Tiny region of the unscaled texture gets changed → Tiny region goes through the pixel shader → Finally, tiny region gets presented to the screen. …

Neat, what shader do you want to see? Right now, the program uses Direct3D9, so it needs to be compatible with that, haven't learned how to code for D3D10, 11, or 12 yet.

New version released. Now it's 1.0.2, and supports DirectDraw and Direct3D9 as well. Since it's no longer GDI only, I've renamed the program to GameStretcher. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Got two of the issues fixed, file on Github has been updated now. The white screen was from a mistake made during refactoring, it thought that the screen size became 0x0 for some stupid reason, I got rid of the offending code. And the Fullscreen problem was a weird quirk with Windows providing a …

Ykhwong's build of DosBox is mostly current again, and is a very nice build, since you have access to most configuration settings from menus.

Interesting that pressing Enter twice gets out of the apparently frozen state from executing "con". But accessing "con\con" in any way freezes Dosbox hard. It's the old Windows 98 bug back from the grave again. Reminds me of the good ol' days when you stuck on web pages to crash computers.
