I will add to this. You can't just clone a HDD to a SSD. It will never work. You must use software that specifically supports cloning from a HDD to a SSD so it can take care of the differences. So I got a psu tester and hooked up the psu. This is what I got. I assume that the error codes for the +12v2 and 5vsb just indicates that this psu does not have those voltages, not that there is something wrong with the psu. Is that correct? Thanks.

The part number on the fan shroud is DCV-00187-N4-GP. That seems to come back as a 8800 GTX. That's why I'm thinking that the fan shroud is not original to this PCB.
