So I just picked up an ASUS CUV266-D Board is missing tualatin microcode just like the CUV4X-D. The board is also unstable/cant boot into windows with dual tualatins. Board will Also have issues posting and give the message "system has recovered from overclocking attempt"

Sounds like you have a dead short somewhere. I would be getting the power supply overhauled for starters. They have a couple of rifa's and aging capacitors. After looking at spec sheets all night I have decided on going with Rubycon 6.3zlq2200mefc8x20 to replace the Nichicon HM UHM0J222MPD6 105c 2200uf-6.3v. Ripple and rejection is spot on at the correct frequency.
