Ok so in Device manager is there a device with a big "?" or a yellow flag ? That is what you need to right click and update driver, point it to the folder you unzipped the file I sent and say yes to Update driver. Thanks a lot. I've tried the file that you mention but everytime i plug the drive, windows starts installing the default driver and when i try to update from the folder hp8220, it sticks with the default driver. If i need to update the win98 usb driver, where i can find it ?

I installed King's Quest I, II and III on my retro pc. Ahhh and yesterday I installed Dark Forces and X-Wing. Such a pleasure to play those games in DOS mode (Win98SE). This is my pc cave too! hehehe!

I'm not sure what you mean when you say people don't know how to use a keyboard. They may both be digital but a dpad provides much better control than arrow keys for platformers and the like.
