It will matter what PS2 Port is used for Key and Mouse. If it dosnt work in 1 then try the other! It's labeled on the case, there's no way to miss it (besides mini-board doesn't fit the other way)... anyway i've tested two keyboards with similar results... maybe the board or cables have some issues …

The 'game port' on your network card is probably an AUI connector used for 10BASE5 ethernet. Seems based on a natsemi/ti 8390 chipset, which was common as muck on ne2k clone cards. Athlon64+ had an IMC.. so max RAM depends on cpu, not the chipset (at least in theory) but... mobo vendors didn't put all the traces, so you could end up having less addressable space. Anyway, most AM2 mobos had 8GB max. Regards

From what i've read IRQ12 was used by PS/2 mouse, maybe its holding it just in case. Have you disabled PS/2 port on BIOS?.. tried using a serial mouse? Either way PCI should not have problems sharing IRQs, at least that's the theory.

Bugs are real, but there's much hype around them. Even Trail of Bits, the company they've used to confirm the findings are moderated with their wording. CTS-Labs is the face of a financial movement, at least from what i've read so far.

Your previous post says it came with PC3200 from Apacer.. are they DS or SS sticks?.. anyway...were those sticks running at full speed? if yes, then the new sticks could be the problem, if no.. maybe the mobo is the problem. Have you checked bios versions for A8V?
