What specific version of POP did you run for your tests? I have a true CMS card (not a sound blaster) that I can use to test on a 10 MHz 286 and see if I'm hearing the same missed notes you're hearing with your CT1320C. I confirmed today that I tested with Prince of Persia 1.0 on all three systems.
