You can try if enabling/disabling option DirectX\DisableAltEnterToToggleScreenMode helps. It does for me with the some of the games affected and I have. Found the problem, forcing AF causes the issue... Which sucks a lot, since without any texture filtering, the game looks way too blurry. PS: Forcing AF at the driver level works just fine however.. thanks for the fix anyway.
