Found the card with driver floppies but not much for notes other than it works and BIOS does not show on boot. Think I have some pictures of testing the scsi card in my older phone, will go look.....need to charge it first

Interesting you mention a starter capacitor, those commonly go out on things like HVAC units after about 5-10 years. Much cheaper to replace a $20-50 cap than replace the whole unit 😀

Just use canned air and blow backward to normal fain air flow. From the left and right sides. Keep a gentle finger on the fan so it does not spin. No need to remove cpu unless board does not boot.....those are cheap odd slot mounts....

Will have to find the card and see what notes I left. There are some OEM 1535 that the bios can be enabled but will not give the Ctrl+A, they came with some scsi CDR burners iirc....

Looked thru this: 80386 BIOS image collection but did not see it. Might have missed it though. You may have to go to TRW Discord channel and ask Deksor, Evasive or one of the others.. I tried to but it now does not like my login "credentials" (so it says, but did not long ago).

The w29C011 is a 1Mbit 5v eeprom so should work just fine. You would need to use a programmer like TL866.
