Odd question, has anyone managed to play GTA Vice City on these CPU's under Windows 98/ME? The CPU is being worked at 100% and stuttering really badly. Win2k is fine. I've tested a Geforce 3 TI as well as a bunch of others. Most of everything else I play is fine.
