Do you have the gerber files for these PCB? a 6 layer card @ 100x200mm 5pcs printed by JLC is around $140AUD to print 100 units is like 350AUD. getting the components and getting it all soldered up would be the hard part really.

make this a kick starter!! trust me it will work! even found some chips 🤣, not very cheap tho. (edit by Dominus: removed ebay link) if this became a thing i would work with mesa/allegroGL 3d and make dos games again!
