i updated my MacBook to Catalina and it won't work it used to work with my last iOS just tried to down load boxer and it won't let me install it

i normally right click Cmexe.exe file the open with dosbox but now i get this message you can't open the application "Cmexe.exe" because microsoft Windows applications are not supported on macOS

cheers mate i think its apple because i am getting this message you can't open the application "Cmexe.exe" because microsoft Windows applications are not supported on macOS
